Wow! I just love my new kitchen. The attention to detail in the planning and execution of the final design was exceptional. During my initial visit to the showroom, Paul afforded me his time and patience. I immediately felt a connection and was confident he was the ideal professional for my kitchen project. There was no pressure to purchase; rather, I received sincere and helpful customer service. The following day, Paul conducted a site visit, marking the beginning of the unanticipated journey to update my kitchen, a dated 30 year old one. I also knew I would have no concerns regarding the installation process either, as this was expertly managed by Shane. His meticulous attention to detail ensured that the end result met my expectations. Shane was very approachable, personable, and consistently willing to assist. We have just had our kitchen done from Kutchenhaus in Southend-on-sea. The service was excellent we were so pleased with the quality and variety of sizes of the units, which helped me have more storage in a smaller kitchen. From the time Charlie came to design our kitchen right through to its completion he was very accommodating to our changing needs. We we’re also impressed with Shane the fitter who did a really good job even when we had an awkward part near the sink, he worked out what to do to give us a lovely finish.

Absolutely delighted with the service we had from the guys at Kutchenhaus Southend – we had an initial design idea but with the help of Charlie and Paul we totally revised it, calling on their knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. We loved the fact that everything seemed more flexible/customisable than other kitchen vendors, who seemed rather rigid in what they could offer.
When it came to fitting, Shane was an absolute superstar – if I ever have another kitchen done, I’d want him to do it – nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to help us resolve a couple of issues that were nothing to do with Kutchenhaus.
The kitchen itself really is top quality and everyone who has seen it so far loves it and has asked where we got it from.

I cannot fault this company. Bernard designed the most beautiful kitchen totally suited to our needs, offering ideas and solutions to optimize all of the available space. I was always made more than welcome in the showroom or on the phone with queries and questions. Both Bernard and Paul took a pro active interest in the progress of the work. All of the trade professionals (kitchen fitter, electrician, plumbers, floor layers) communicated with each other. I didn’t have to become involved or chase at any time, as they all communicated with each other to make sure no days/times/appointments were missed. All the trades people were polite, respectful, friendly and Shane the kitchen fitter managed to find solutions and creative ideas for some tricky areas in the kitchen. Rhys electrician sorted out long standing problems with my electrics after me having struggled and paid for previous electricians who never properly diagnosed the issues. This company is totally professional, involved and efficient. They take a pride in their work to the benefit of the customer. I am very happy with my new kitchen. Thank you Bernard, Rhys, Shane and all of your colleagues! I highly recommend you to potential customers.

The range of finishes, styles and equipment is large, and though not cheap, you get what you pay for – a beautifully fitted, stylish and robust magnificent outcome that is a joy to the eye and a pleasure to work in.
