I cannot fault this company. Bernard designed the most beautiful kitchen totally suited to our needs, offering ideas and solutions to optimize all of the available space. I was always made more than welcome in the showroom or on the phone with queries and questions. Both Bernard and Paul took a pro active interest in the progress of the work. All of the trade professionals (kitchen fitter, electrician, plumbers, floor layers) communicated with each other. I didn’t have to become involved or chase at any time, as they all communicated with each other to make sure no days/times/appointments were missed. All the trades people were polite, respectful, friendly and Shane the kitchen fitter managed to find solutions and creative ideas for some tricky areas in the kitchen. Rhys electrician sorted out long standing problems with my electrics after me having struggled and paid for previous electricians who never properly diagnosed the issues. This company is totally professional, involved and efficient. They take a pride in their work to the benefit of the customer. I am very happy with my new kitchen. The designers are knowledgeable and friendly – and more importantly – willing to take the time to really understand your thoughts and needs and help you visualise, and then achieve, your ideal solution. The range of finishes, styles and equipment is large, and though not cheap, you get what you pay for – a beautifully fitted, stylish and robust magnificent outcome that is a joy to the eye and a pleasure to work in.
